The room itself was well-appointed and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was fine and the staff was outstanding. It was a nice stay, you could leave a car nearby. Reception was nice.

Good value, not rude stuff and light rooms. Breakfast was exceptional, it had fruit, coffee, toast, jam and cheese. The main bar in the hotel had lots of free hot great cocktails and whiskies throughout the day.

Staff and location were cool, and the hotel itself was attractive. Tiled bathroom, lovely bed, excellent bedroom. Kindness from the whole staff. Plenty of options for breakfast including fruit, tea, toast, jam and cheese. Not to mention good wifi!

Liked the place, fantastic stay. The room was cozy and warm, had cozy beds. The staff - well-mannered & was willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding, there was lots of food to chose from. Best possible location to a monumental 17th-century church.

Fair hotel minute walk from a train station. Luxurious view of sea. Service there was excellent, the staff was patient. Clean pool area too. Secure location, just a walk down to a historic Gothic church.

We loved our stay there, it was really enjoyable. We got room with simple decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax. Warm reception. Also, lake lucerne was just a short distance away.

Approachable staff, satisfactory breakfast and reasonably large rooms. The location was ideal and the bed comfy. I loved that hotel was not very far from Wirtshaus Galliker, the food was nice. Late check out too.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a nice place for staying in Lucerne. Greatly enjoyed the BUDGET double room and the way it was setup. Such a budget property - just walking distance from everything.

We liked staff and service here. 2 minutes away from lake lucerne. The hotel was situated really close to the Luzern Bahnhof bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance
